Security Tag: The unique Majestic Era security tag/seal must NOT be removed, tampered with, or broken. Any item returned without this intact seal will be immediately rejected and no refund will be issued.
2. The Return Process

3. Refund Policy and Timeline

Refund Approval: Once the item passes the inspection (security tag intact, condition unchanged, 100% authentic), the refund will be approved.

Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
4. Special Conditions (Authentication)

Guaranteed Authenticity: If a reputable, third-party authentication service (approved by Majestic Era) provides irrefutable evidence that the item you purchased is not authentic, you may be entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, even if the 14-day window has passed.
