1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
📌 Note: Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear (Bras, Panties, Lingerie Sets, Night Wear) due to hygiene reasons
Customized or stitched products
Sale / discounted items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return shipping cost will be covered by Majestic Era only if the issue is from our side

5. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Store credit (as applicable)
🚫 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange is subject to product availability
If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
